Cup of Time is a documentary project exploring the quiet poetry of everyday life through conversations with elderly men in traditional Greek cafés. Filmed in authentic kafeneia, the project captures stories, memories, silences, and reflections shaped by time, routine, and human connection.

Through intimate interviews and observational cinematography, Cup of Time becomes a portrait of a disappearing culture where coffee, conversation, and community still define the rhythm of life. The film focuses not only on the people themselves, but on the atmosphere surrounding them: the sounds, textures, and emotions hidden inside these timeless spaces
